Service Description
I specialize in the treatment of: - Trauma and related-disorders - Anxiety (generalized, social, OCD, & phobias) - Mood disorders (depression, bipolar) - Borderline personality disorder - Adjustment to chronic illness, medical conditions, injury, & disability - Emotion dysregulation - Self-harm and suicidality I draw from cognitive-behavioral and third-wave modalities including: - Dialectical behavior therapy - Cognitive behavioral therapy - Acceptance and commitment therapy - Exposure therapy (including prolonged exposure therapy for PTSD) - Mindfulness & self-compassion based interventions Fees include phone coaching. At least one-round (6-months) of weekly DBT skills training is a requirement for comprehensive DBT (with a few exceptions). This can be completed through Sydney Rose Counseling or an outside provider and I can provide referrals if needed. I am also committed to serving traditionally underserved populations such as BIPOC and folx who identify as LGBTQ+. I hold a few low-fee slots for those with limited resources.
