Therapy does not have to be lifelong (though it can be).

While some folks love therapy and prefer to be in therapy long-term, others do not. Both perspectives are valid! To honor this dialectic, you and I will commit to 6, 9, or 12-months of treatment once we establish that we are a good fit. At the end of this time period, we can recommit for longer, shift to less frequent sessions, or wrap-up treatment. This approach helps keep our eyes on the prize (your treatment goals!), evaluate our progress at regular intervals, and end treatment when you are ready to do so.
