Problem solving is a skills many of us are good at. This is often our first response to distress or tricky situations which can be super effective! However, there is no one magic skill that works for every situation and emotion, so join us in a conversation about when to problem-solve (& when to not!) and how to do so effectively.

· Throw out as many wild solutions as you can think of & move away from black & white thinking by phoning a friend to help!
· Pick & implement a single solution
